Can I choose the shipping method?

Can I change my delivery address?

Changes to the delivery address can only be made before the order has been shipped. If you wish to make a change, please contact us with the following information:

・Full name of the purchaser
・New shipping address (including postal code, in English)

Is hemming available?

Yes, hemming is available. However, as this is done manually, the estimated lead time is approximately 3 months. If you wish to have hemming, please include the desired inseam length in centimeters when placing your order.

Is it no longer possible to purchase an out-of-stock item?

For our regular items, we plan to restock them periodically, so please do not worry. However, seasonal items will not be restocked, so we kindly ask for your understanding in this regard.

Can you check stock availability at other stores?
