Defective Items

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt for items that are unused, unaltered, and in new condition with all original tags attached.
Please note that returns cannot be accepted after 7 days.

General Return Policy

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference.

Size Mismatch

We kindly ask that customers check the size chart carefully before making a

purchase.
If the received item significantly differs from our size chart, please contact us.

Differences in Color or Style

These are considered customer preference-based reasons and are not eligible for returns.

Product Changes

Exchanges for a different item are only possible before shipment or if the desired size is out of stock.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that have been hemmed after purchase
  • Items with tags removed
  • Sale items (unless factory-defective or incorrectly shipped)

Shoes

Refunds or exchanges for shoes are not available.

Size Information

A size difference of 2–3 cm is considered within our acceptable range.
Please check the size chart carefully before purchasing.
