1. Return & Exchange Request Period
Please contact us via a return request or by email (online_shop@fullcount.co.jp) within 7 days of receiving your order.
Even in the case of defective items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if we are not contacted within 7 days.
2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received, with all tags and accessories intact

The item must not have been altered (e.g., hemmed)

The item must not be a sale item (except in the case of defects or incorrect delivery)
If these conditions are not met, we may refuse the return or exchange, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
3. Returns for Defective Items
If you received a defective item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Please contact us via return request or email, and we will issue a prepaid return label.
4. Size Exchanges
If the size does not fit, we can offer an exchange under the following conditions:

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (you may use any shipping carrier)

A $20 shipping fee will be charged for sending the replacement item
We will reserve the requested size once you confirm your preference.
5. Differences from Product Images
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as "different from expected" or "not as imagined."
While we strive to present colors as accurately as possible, the actual color may vary depending on your device or monitor settings.
6. Shoes
Refunds or exchanges for shoes are not available under any circumstances.
7. Size Information
A size difference of 2–3 cm is considered within our acceptable tolerance.
