Return Policy

We understand that situations may arise where returns are necessary, and we are here to assist you.
Defective Items: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt for items that are unused, unaltered, and in new condition with all original tags attached.
General Return Policy: Regrettably, we cannot accept returns for reasons of customer convenience.

Size mismatch: Exchanges are available within 7 days. Please refer to our "Size Exchange" section. (section below)
Please note that we cannot accept returns for one item when purchasing two items. - Differences in color or style: These are considered reasons of customer convenience.
- Switching products: This is permitted only if the desired size for an item is unavailable.
Exclusions: Items hemmed after purchase, items without tags, and sale items (unless factory-defective or incorrectly shipped) cannot be returned.
Footwear: Refunds are unavailable, though we may arrange a size exchange if the requested size is available.
Size Exchange
A size difference of 2–3 cm is within our accepted range, so we kindly ask you to check the size chart carefully before purchasing.
Exchanges are available within 7 days.

We can process a size exchange once per order.
When submitting your request, please specify the size you would like.

Once we verify that the item is in stock, we’ll provide the return address and invoice you $20 for shipping.
*If the item is unavailable, we can offer an exchange for a different item or reserve your preferred item.

After we receive the returned item and confirm it’s in good condition, we’ll send out the replacement.
*Please note that exchanges will only be processed once you receive an exchange approval email from us.
