    Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via email (online_shop@fullcount.co.jp) or return request.
    Returns or exchanges are not accepted after 7 days.

    Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items.
    Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and accessories intact, and unaltered.

  3. Exchanges
    Exchanges are available only for size or customer preference reasons.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • A $20 fee applies for sending the replacement item.

  • We will reserve the requested size once confirmed.

  1. Product Differences
    We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as “not as expected” or “color/appearance differences.”
    Colors may vary depending on your device or monitor.

  2. Shoes
    Shoes are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  3. Size Information
    A size difference of 2–3 cm is considered normal.
    Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.
