IMPORTANT NOTICE — CHANGES TO OUR SHIPPING POLICY
We would like to inform you of upcoming changes to our international online store's shipping policy and exchange shipping fees.
The new rates will take effect when our website reopens following scheduled maintenance beginning at 11:00 AM JST on December 1, 2026.
1. New Shipping Rates
- Orders totaling $300 or more: Free shipping
- Orders totaling less than $300: $30 shipping fee
The above rates apply to standard shipping.
In countries and regions where Signature Required Delivery is available, you can select this option at checkout.
An additional fee of $10 will apply when Signature Required Delivery is selected.
Therefore, for orders totaling less than $300, the total shipping fee will be $40 if Signature Required Delivery is selected.
2. Shipping Protection and Free Shipping Eligibility
The cost of Shipping Protection will also count toward the $300 minimum required for free shipping.
Example:
Product total: $295 + Shipping Protection: $5 = $300
In this case, the total reaches $300, so free shipping will apply.
3. Changes to Exchange Shipping Fees
As part of these changes, our exchange shipping fees will be updated as follows:
- Reshipping fee for exchange items: $30 (previously $20)
- If we arrange both the return shipping label and the reshipping label for the exchange item: $80 (previously $70)
These new rates will also take effect when the website reopens following maintenance.
4. Scheduled Website Maintenance
To update our shipping settings, our online store will be temporarily unavailable for approximately one hour starting at 11:00 AM JST on December 1, 2026.
Please note that the maintenance period and reopening time may vary depending on the progress of the work.
