Shipping Policy
By placing an order, you agree to the following terms regarding shipping, delivery, and responsibility.
■ Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped via international carriers such as FedEx.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local conditions.
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or external factors.
■ Shipping Protection (Optional)
We offer an optional Shipping Protection service at checkout.
This service covers loss or theft of your package during transit.
If Shipping Protection is purchased:
We will provide a replacement or refund in the event of loss or theft (at our discretion).
■ No Protection / Customer Responsibility
Orders placed without Shipping Protection are shipped at the customer’s own risk.
Once an order is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, we are unable to provide any replacement, refund, or compensation for loss, theft, or non-delivery.
If Shipping Protection is not purchased, we are unable to offer any compensation under any circumstances.
■ Signature Required Option
For certain destinations (e.g., United States), a Signature Required delivery option may be available at checkout.
If selected, a signature will be required upon delivery.
If not selected, the carrier’s delivery confirmation will be considered final.
■ Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
■ Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items.
Any claims regarding defective or incorrect items must be made within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and accessories intact, and unaltered.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as “not as expected” or differences in color or appearance. Colors may vary depending on your device or monitor.
Exchanges may be accepted for size or customer preference; however, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and a $20 shipping fee will be charged for sending replacement items.
Requested sizes will be reserved once confirmed.
Shoes are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
A size difference of 2–3 cm is considered acceptable. Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.
■ EU Customers (EEA)
Customers located in the European Economic Area (EEA) may have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with applicable laws.
In such cases:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We are not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping
Shipping Protection applies only to outbound shipments and does not cover returns or return shipping risks.
