At FULLCOUNT Online Store, we make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date inventory information. However, as our inventory is shared between our online store and physical retail locations, stock availability may not always be reflected in real time.

Therefore, even if an item is displayed as "In Stock" on our website, it may become unavailable due to another purchase made before the inventory update.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as possible and provide one of the following solutions:

・If the item is scheduled for restock: We will inform you of the expected arrival date and ship the item once it becomes available.
・If the item will not be restocked: We will cancel your order and issue a full refund.

For pre-order items, please note that production schedules and arrival dates may change due to manufacturing circumstances. We will provide updates if any changes occur.
