From Fullcount's Fall/Winter collection, the heavy flannel shirt, will be released exclusively at Fullcont stores(WEB shop,Tokyo and Osaka shops).

The original deadstock heavy flannel has been shaped like a 1940s-50s work shirt.

Fullcount's specialty vintage processing, ozone processing, is used to create the image of a shirt that has actually been worn for many years as workwear, and it is topped with accents such as damage and bleach that are not too noticeable.

The texture has also increased dramatically, making it a shirt that looks great on its own.

The Khaki x Navy is a thick and comfortable heavy flannel shirt woven with a #10/2 warp and weft.

The Red x Ecru and Black x Ecru are flannel with a rough texture of fabric that was seen up until the 1950s. The warp thread is made of paralleled triple yarn made of #16 yarn, and the weft thread is woven with #10 double yarn, which makes the texture plump and soft with each wear, and it becomes familiar to the body.

Ozone processing...A process in which plasma discharge is performed in the air to generate ozone, and the fabric is bleached by its strong oxidizing effect. This process uses little water, does not damage the fabric, and the ozone used is reduced to oxygen, making it less stressful on the environment.

If you have any questions or requests regarding your order this will potentially delay shipping as we endeavour to provide you with the best service regarding your order.

Returns.

First of all, we always want to be of service to you and provide you with the best service possible.
We understand that sometimes things don't always work out. So get in touch and let us make you happy.

Returns due to merchandise defects are made within 7 days of receipt for items that are unused, unaltered, and in new condition with all tags attached.

However, we generally do not accept returns for customer's convenience.

*In case of size mismatch, only exchange will be accepted.See the "Size Exchange" section.

*The reason that the color or style is different from what you expected is also a "reason of customer convenience".

*In principle, we do not accept change to another product for customer's convenience.(Except in cases where the same product cannot be changed, such as when the desired size is not available.)

Jeans that have been hemmed by our chain stitch hemming service or by someone else after shipping are not eligible for return or exchange. Also, items without tags are not eligible. Please understand.

Exceptions.
Sale items are not eligible for refund unless they are factory damaged items or incorrectly shipped goods.(No exchange or return of products in case of size mismatch. Please check the size chart in advance.)

All Footwear are also not eligible for refunds however we can accept exchanges for another size if the size is available.
(We will, of course, cover return shipping and customs charges for returns due to defects.)

Size exchange.

To request a size exchange, please submit a return request here.

The procedure is as follows

At that time, we will confirm the requested replacement item(s) and provide return shipping information, etc.
*The customer will be responsible for all shipping and customs charges when returning the item.

(2) Once you have returned the item, please provide us with a tracking number.

(3) Once the item is returned to us, we will contact you and charge you $20 for the shipping cost of the replacement item via PayPal. (If you incur customs duties when you return the item, we will charge you an additional fee for the replacement item.)

(4) Once we confirm payment of the shipping fee, we will ship the replacement item.

*Please refrain from placing a new order for replacement items as it is difficult to manage in our system.

*If you place a new order to replace an item, we will charge you $20 for shipping to ship the replacement item according to our normal procedures. We will ship the replacement order once we have received the returned item(s).Refunds for returned merchandise will be made in the form of a gift card. Please understand.

*Due to the fact that we are holding a replacement item, we ask that you return the item within one week of your contact or return request.
