While FULLCOUNT is best known for its denim, the brand has also dedicated equal passion to sweatshirts and T-shirts since its early days. Constantly refining and updating the collection, FULLCOUNT continues to offer its signature T-shirt lineup year-round.
Originally introduced in 1993 alongside the brand’s founding, the T-shirts were designed to perfectly complement FULLCOUNT jeans and denim jackets while also fitting naturally into a variety of everyday styles. While many customers purchase them alongside denim, there are also many repeat customers who return specifically for the T-shirts alone.
About the Long-Running “5222” Series
FULLCOUNT’s core T-shirt lineup is developed under the “5222.”
Centered around the standard short-sleeve crewneck T-shirt, the series also expands into long-sleeve and Henley-neck variations. While each model features its own carefully considered details, the fabric and core sewing specifications remain consistent throughout the lineup.
The fabric is a heavyweight jersey knit made from tightly knitted 30-count dual-twist 100% cotton yarn. While soft and smooth at first touch, the fabric transforms after washing into a firm, dry texture with substantial density. With continued wear and aging, however, it gradually softens again and naturally molds to the body.
The silhouette remains classic and versatile, while the construction emphasizes durability. Binder ribs are used at the collar, cuffs, and hem, with additional ribbing at the bottom hem for strength. In particular, the split binder hem is designed to prevent awkward layering when worn under shirts or outerwear.
The sewing construction utilizes “Flat Seam” stitching, commonly seen on vintage sweatshirts and T-shirts.
This specialized sewing method flattens the seams against the skin, significantly improving comfort while reducing irritation during wear.
Compared to standard two-needle or three-needle sewing, flat seam construction requires greater precision and time. The process also relies on difficult-to-adjust vintage sewing machines, limiting the number of craftsmen capable of executing the technique properly.

5964 / Heavyweight Waffle Long Sleeve T Shirt
A waffle-fabric reinterpretation of the 5222L silhouette.
Made using an original tightly knitted waffle fabric constructed from doubled 20-count yarns. The custom waffle structure helps minimize twisting during wear. As with the rest of the lineup, all sewing is completed using four-needle flat seam construction.

About the Pack-T “5503”
In addition to the “5222” series, FULLCOUNT also offers a premium pack T-shirt collection.
While most pack T-shirts are designed primarily as simple underwear basics, FULLCOUNT’s Pack-T elevates the category through superior materials and construction. Made from 100% Zimbabwe cotton jersey knit — the same cotton used in the brand’s denim — the fabric is slowly knitted in tubular form according to each size, resulting in exceptional comfort.
The body length is carefully balanced to layer naturally with FULLCOUNT products, avoiding proportions that feel either too long or too short. Available in White and Black, each pack contains two T-shirts. Ideal both as a standalone summer piece and as a layering item during colder seasons.
